Discount codes may not be used with any other promotional offers. This includes other discount codes, sale items, etc.
Per our policy, we are unable to make price adjustments or apply discounts to an order once it is placed. Promotional offers may not be applied to previous purchases.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please double check your cart and shipping information upon ordering. Our team works fast and we are unable to cancel orders once placed.
If you need to make changes to your order regarding size, style, shipping address or any other changes, please email us at hello@ordinaryaffair.com or live chat with us ASAP after placing your order. We can't guarantee the changes will be accepted but we'll try our best to assist you.

To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of our items, please follow the specific instructions located on the specific product page and/or care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed and care instructions may vary.
RETURNS
We’re so sorry! If you received a damaged or defective item, please send pictures of the item(s) received to hello@ordinaryaffair.com and we will work to get this resolved as soon as possible. Upon review, refunds or exchanges will be processed.
We do not accept returns and exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
If you did not receive your order or have any issues regarding the delivery of your order, please email us at hello@ordinaryaffair.com within 30 days (domestic orders) or 60 days (international orders) of your purchase. We cannot issue a refund or return after the 30 or 60 day period.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, not including shipping time. We will reach out to you if the shipping schedule changes from the estimated shipping time.
Yes, we ship worldwide. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time (3-5 business days) in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. The estimated delivery time for international orders is between 7-20 business days.
International buyer is responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, Ordinary Affair is no longer responsible or liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS or UPS directly.
We recommend all customers to purchase ShipTection package insurance to ensure your package is covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
